Columbia Entertainment Company (CEC) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, volunteers, staff, board members, and patrons. These policies establish clear expectations for conduct and provide procedures for addressing concerns when they arise.
These policies apply to all CEC activities, including but not limited to: rehearsals, performances, workshops, classes, auditions, production meetings, special events, and any CEC-related activities whether on-site or off-site.
